Head to Toys R Us this Sunday morning for a Wii.  Kotaku posted saying they're stocking up.  At least that's how I got my Wii at Target based on a heads up from Kotaku. 

Controllers were a pain though.  Your local EB rep will know when they're getting stock; however, their stock replenishment is really low so after your local EB rep gives you the word head over to a large retailer nearby (for me Target) and check them out.  You'll find lots in stock that same day.

I was just at Best Buy this evening and they had two Wiis just sitting in the cage--I was there for 20 mins or so and they were still there when I left.
