I remember when Irem's R Type came out. It blew my mind. U could upgrade your weapons. You could put a cannon behind you, you could get a power shot. You had to traverse around a huge ship. Wow. So many firsts. So it is a bit strange about 40 years later it is getting another sequel. Anyway. I was going to pre order it. Then I saw it was 50 credits. Wow. I was expecting 15. Very interesting for us retro gamers.
