Armageddon Wii?

Well I recently watched Ed Boon playing Mortal Kombat: Armageddon on Wii and so far, I'm thinking it will definitely play better than using a regular controller. He says that when throwing Scorpion's spear, you just move the Wii Remote left then right. It kinda reminds me of how Madden on the Wii is played. Like a real professional football player.

Yea I saw that same video with Boon and it gave me some faith in the Wii version. I am still mightly skeptical of it at this point, but if it gets good reviews I will be all over it. This version is actually why I skipped getting the PS2 edition. If the Wii version sucks ass, I can always go get the PS2 game for dirt cheap.

Someone told me it supported the classic controller. Is this confirmed?

Yes this has been confirmed by Boon. He talks about it in a video interview in which he discusses the Wii-specific controls. I actually forgot about that until you just mention it.

It even works with the GameCube controller.
