I'm reviewing the first Shantae (GBC) by Limited Run which has a nice tropical theme. I know two Atari 2600 titles I want to revisit this summer are Riddle of the Sphinx and Raiders of the Lost Ark.
So what summer-themed games are you playing?

I have been playing a lot of EA's PGA Tour Golf 3 on the Sega Genesis. It is my first time with this awesome golf game and I am fully impressed. I've never played a golf game where the putting was so fair.
Also amazing is how the cartridge saves my golf profile and stats - the battery still works after 30 years! How come NONE of my EA Madden football carts can save a season anymore?!?!?!?!

You should return those to your local Babbages and demand a full refund.

This is an AMAZING game, and I'm so happy to hear someone else is playing and enjoying it. The putting has real physics. So very impressive, especially for the mid-90s. I could see this being an A+ game for the Genesis.

Congo's Caper for the SNES. Great summer fare. Time for a re-review.

- Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow (SNES)
- Skuljager (SNES)
- Biker Mice From Mars (SNES)
- Super Mario World (SNES)
-Cool Spot
If I had a gamecube Super Mario Sunshine would be an easy pick. For now these selections will do.
