I'll believe it when I see it. Can't say I'm taking an app-translated interview from a fansite as any sort of truth, but we'll see if an official announcement ever comes down the line. I feel like I've been hearing this same rumor for years. Then again, if Metroid Dread can turn out to be a reality, maybe a PD Saga re-release has a chance, too. Honestly, I don't think the game even needs a remake, but a re-release on modern systems sure would be nice.
I did enjoy the PD Remake that came out a few years ago, but I also didn't think it was worth much more than the $6 or so I bought it for on sale, especially for those who've already played the original to death. PD II is my favorite game in the series (yes, even including Saga) so I'll be curious how the planned remake of that one turns out - but I'll probably still wait until it's on sale before I try it out.
