Not if it's done right. I'm fond of songs that deal with loss and or renewal of faith, not "oh hey, let's write a song about Jesus"

Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2: Rogue Leader was definitely overrated. It's a tad fun, but it's so @#$%ing frustrating!

nah, nothing at all overrated about it.  Awesome graphics!  It was launch game for crying outloud and easily surpassed anything in the xbox lineup at the same time outdoing halo in that same category.

As long as you didn't feel the need to unlock everything the game was allright, plus if you found the hidden stuff your ship got more powerful and the later levels a bit easier to play through.

Or you could just use the cheat codes to get all of the levels and cool stuff. That made it so you could enjoy all of the game without having the frustration of being stuck on a level forever. I wish more current games had cheat codes.

I dunno, maybe im not a fan of shooters, but the game was extremely hard just because of the monotonous process of trial and error. Yes the game had great graphics and amazing sound, but the gameplay was outright tedious.

This has to be a wind up.  The likes of Amped, Halo and Jet Set Radio Future had significantly better graphics than that game.

Easily outdoing Halo........................................................ EASILY? How about not at all... I mean, I like Rouge Squadron better as a game, but Halo's graphics are unreal.

Yep, easily outdoing the graphics in halo.  It's kind of an apples to oranges comparison though.  The spaceships in Rogue looked so good it was almost like you were watching the movie and there were real movie clips between levels.  Now, Halo on the other hand used the game engine to generate clips between levels as a result they weren't that good cinema wise.  Likewise, in Rogue you never had to see anything other than ships to shoot at and pretty backgrounds; hence, Rogue takes the cake by showing less but doing it in such a beautiful fashion.

Don't get me wrong, I love Halo but graphically and only graphically Rogue's better.

Do you understand how rendering engines work?  Have you worked on coding problems on them?  I have.  The graphics in Halo and Amped were technically more impressive than those of Rogue Squadron.  The nature of that game allowed them to employ tricks which might make people think it is better but it isn't.

By the way to come back to Funk's comments about MS fanboys.  I think the 360 is the best of the next gen systems.  I think the Wii is a joke and it doesn't appeal to me.  Given I just got a raise I could get one if I wanted.  But guess what "MS fanboys" don't in general dislike Nintendo for being "too kiddy."  The N64 is one of my three favourite systems of all time.  Plenty of my favourite games are "kiddy."  All my friends who own 360s also own Gamecubes and they all seem to really like Windwaker (personally I haven't got round to getting it yet).  Yet we also all like Gears.  But please go on with the stereotyping, meanwhile I can't wait to get my hands on Viva Pinata.
