Fast Food and Food Fight come immediately to mind.

Pressure Cooker might be my favorite Atari 2600 game.. certainly near the top at least. Funny enough- Pressure Cooker was mostly a one-off concept back in its day.. but nowadays the concept has practically become a genre into itself!! (e.g., Overcooked, Cooking Mama, Diner Dash, etc.)
Also on the 2600, Plaque Attack and Fast Food are two others I enjoyed as a kid. But they’re not quite on the same level as Pressure Cooker.

Overcooked 1 & 2 might be some of the best local co-op games from the past 5 years. They don’t really have single player modes that are worthwhile…so you need a friend.
It starts off simple enough, before it becomes diabolical and addicting. I haven’t laughed so hard playing a game in a good long time.

Do games with Food-Themed levels count as well? The first thing that comes to mind for these, of all things, is Sonic Colors (which is odd, since I've barely played it!!!).
Another example of this would be Zool; most of the levels I've played in that have a food theme of some kind.
Also, "Product Placement/Advertisement" games also technically count, I guess? Pepsi Invaders (2600), Cool Spot and the XB360 Burger King games would fit this requirement.
BTW, JustLikeHeaven, Love the Thraddash image!

OK, I was already wanting to get my Evercade Data East cart out, thanks for deciding for me... I keep meaning to try that series.
[EDIT] - just played a couple batches of lives on the Evercade (NES Version on current cart), and HOWLY CRAP BurgerTime is HARD!!! It IS addicting, but trying to figure out when I am on a platform level and can get off the ladders is a pain in the rear. ::goes back to playing some more::

Sushi Striker (3DS) is fantastic, very underrated.
Soms of the Cooking Mama-games are alright if you're in the mood.
My collegae is fan of Overcooked (PlayStation) but I never played that.

Food Fight on the Atari 7800 is awesome.
For some reason I can't quite configure the arcade game to play right in MAME. It's off but I don't think I have it configured properly.
This may be a stretch but does Pac-Man/Ms. Pac-Man count?
I mean all you do is eat stuff, if you're lucky you even get to eat ghosts. You've got cherries and strawberries and even pretzels if I recall correctly. That is one hungry critter.
