Are you thinking what I'm thinking? The Amico Collection for the Evercade!
We'll get to play games for the system that never was! And maybe the new Intellivision might be able to recoup some of their costs.

only problem is your going to need a touch screen for some of these games like Shark Shark unless they reprogram the games to work with a normal controller..i would love to see the new Night Stalker released on the Switch or Evercade because that game looked the best of all the Amico games

Re: Amico in Trouble?
I had a fair amount of interest in the Cloudy Mountain game that was being showcased. If they put it on Switch I think it could really rock my world, especially if it has local multiplayer.
As for the Amico stuff, it's honestly feeling like a broken record. I don't celebrate it's spiral by any means as it wasn't actually that terrible of an idea. It's just a very poorly managed project that has no idea what it wants to be. It just feels like the guys behind it didn't settle on a target demographic which resulted in some really mixed messaging when it comes to marketing.
Perhaps in an alternate universe, they wouldn't have occupied those ridiculously over the top offices and stopped pretending they were real players in the mainstream gaming market. If they'd found their niche and understood it, they might have moved a few hundred thousand to a million of these things and been comfortably profitable.

Has there been anything brewing with this? Last I heard Tommy was being sued over some office furniture but that's all I've heard.

At this point, I'm not sure there's anything left.

Wait, Amico/Intellvision is still operating?
I thought they were pivoting to release Amico projects on other platforms (Switch, Evercade, smartphones, etc.)...
