EA describes the game as having "an expansion's worth of upgrades to go along with the new control scheme".  Thus, this could be the "best" version of the game.  Now, I got my plays worth from the Xbox version until I no longer felt the urge to play the game, so I don't think, expansion or not, I'll bother with this one at all.  Still, for people who haven't played it before, this certainly looks like it may be the version to own.  In any case, it doesn't particularly excite me at this point.

[/QUOTE] Did you like the Godfather for the xbox?  What makes it fun, unique, entertaining?  Is it a good use of the license?  Any info you could give me would help me out greatly.  Thanks.

I actually generally hate the type of game.  However, given the subject matter it didn't feel as cliche as most games in the genre (it had a good story behind it obviously).  However, like most games in the genre I eventually resorted to simply going around killing stuff for no reason, and then I got bored and gave up.  There's something overwhelming for me in sandbox games, so I can't finish them.  I got further in this one than most though, so I'd guess it's a solid entry.

I'm not a huge fan of sandbox games (the only GTA I liked was Vice City), but The Godfather seems like a solid effort.  I think I'm gonna pick it up this week.  I'm sure the reviews will be all over the place as usual.  Getting a Wii game based on reviews is practically impossible.

Thanks for the info.  When I get the game I'll let you know what I think.
