Taito Legends/ Space Gun

I just picked up Taito Legends for the PS2. Am I the only one who bought this game just so I could have a perfect copy of Space Gun? I've wanted that game for years on a home console, but never owned a Sega Master System or Commodore 64. It was never released for NES or Genesis, but I always remembered how awesome it looked in the arcade. I'm a huge fan of the Alien series of movies, and this game reminded me of them more than anything. It's like a dream come true to have this game at last.

The controls are far from perfect since the arcade used a light gun, but it's still very playable.

Taito Legends has some other great games too, like Phoenix, which is pretty dated but still very cool. Space Gun doesn't look dated at all to me though. Of course it came out long before polygons, but its graphics and 3-D gameplay are still great.
 
I doubt too many people bought this compilation just for Space Gun. Anyone else like that game?

I had never seen the game in the arcades but I enjoy it a lot.  the ending is cool.  Taito Legends is a great package, better than capcom classics from my perspective
