From Gonintendo: Friend codes are baaaaaack...

I love my Wii but I do plan on picking up a 360 for the online play, the games that I already want to play on it, and all of the great upcoming once-exclusive ps3 titles. Which brings me to one point, actually. If Konami really does make MGS4 multi-platform, how many great GUARANTEED exclusives will the ps3 truly have? I suppose Final Fantasy XIII but Square could always change their minds on that or, if history repeats, convert it to the 360 entirely(hey, they pulled it with the 64, it could happen again). It's a merry-go-round, Nintendo had their time, then Sega, then Sony, and now it may be Microsoft's turn. They have a great online network, a growing library of games, growing support from Japanese developers, a broad spectrum of titles for the mature set and the younger crowd, etc. Honestly(and this is so stupid, in my eyes), if Microsoft was based out of Japan, they'd have such an easy lead! The fact that Japan has not warmed to the 360 is what is hurting it right now. Unfortunately, I don't think Japan will ever warm up to the system. Only time will tell, I suppose.
