VGC --> XBox 360 \ PS3 System Review?

Hey Dave.

I was wondering when you were planning to add your overall review of the actual next-gen systems. Since you know have the Wii, are you going to take some time to explore each of the new systems before writing their respective reviews?

Also, have you heard anything from Game Rankings at all?

I'm almost positive that we've gone over this before. The VGC is gonna wait a few years so that he can play the games (he can't rate each console on overall quality of games so early).

It is way too soon for that. The PS3 and Wii are only about 6 months old. They both are just getting starting. I know everyone is bashing the PS3 right now, but it still has plenty of time to turn around. It would be unfair to review it now, when there is still more potential for it. Infact I think the critic reviewed the PS2 system too soon. Maybe he could go back and change the games rating for the PS2 from an A- to an A because God of War 2 has been released since then and that game alone is certainly worth a 1/3 a letter grade increase.

Any 'unofficial' thoughts on the look/controllers/packaging at this point VGC?
