Which Spiderman 3 to buy?

Ok, I need some information here. Spiderman 3 is coming out for all the major consoles, and I need to decided which one to pick up. I suspect the 360 and PS3 versions will be virtually identical, with excellent graphics. The Wii version probably won't look quite as good, but if the motion controls are put to good use, it might be more fun. If anybody can chime in and help me make a decision I'd appreciate it!

I would hold off on all things Wii on a 3 console release for awhile until you see what kind of reviews they get. If more than one review site says that the game plays like guttertrash, then you should save your $$$ for a normal version.

The Wii is probably gonna have the most fun games and the most unplayable games of this generation.

PS: Get the PS3 version. It will beef up your Sony section and lord knows they need the $$$

Well get the Wii version...and then pick between the PS3 and 360. I think the Wii controls could be alot of fun, plus you can still experience the next gen graphics if you get one of the other versions. Since the license is owned by Sony, my gut is telling me that the PS3 version will be better. Just my opinion though

Critic, I'm surprised that you haven't picked up Ultimate Spiderman for DS yet; it's a great title and can be had for under $20.

I second that. Ultimate Spiderman is one of my favorite DS games to date. I bought mine on ebay for $14 brand new. Recently I saw the game on clearance at Circuit City for $8.96. I recommend this game to anyone who owns a DS and wants to play a fantastic side scroller.

Don't forget the ps2 version. Its cheaper and hopefully (should be) the same as the next gen with worse but still competent graphics.

I think you should buy NONE of them, so the video game companies will STOP insulting us with these themed games released the same week as the movie. You can count on one hand the number of movie-based games that have been good, and yet people keep snapping them up. Force them to get creative!

Is it a side scroller or a side scrolling brawler? Because I could go for a good brawler.
