Most Obscure Console Systems - USA

Postby Marriott_Guy1 » May 5th, 2007, 5:13 pm

Being a collector of video game systems (consoles, not hanbdhelds/pongs), I would have to say the following are the top 2 most obscure USA systems to get, based on availibility:

o RDI Halcyon
o APF Imagination Machine (complete)

I have allot of systems (92 consoles), and these two continue to elude me.
Your thoughts?

Wow.  And here I always thought the Odyssey2 (especially with the Voice module) was a "rare" machine.  I've never even heard of those oddballs!

Blah - I agree that the C64 GS is rare, but it seems allot of them are popping up on the internet lately, though be prepared to shell out some serious cash for one.

Another onscure system is MICROVISION. Don't see those too often; I wish I had gotten one as a kid. I've never in my life seen a Channel F, but I know they are out there. I wouldn't think RCA Studio2 would be rare since Radio Shack blew them out for $39.95 back in 1981 or 82....
