Yay for having long summer breaks in University!!


I just bought 25 games on ebay as well. Between this and work and going out. I'll have no time to sleep hahaha only 6 months left of being a teenager!

My current lineup:

Xbox: Serious Sam, Half Life 2, Doom 3 Collector's
PS1/2: Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown, Unreal Tournament, FFXII, Raiden III
SNES: Secret of Mana

Those are the ones that I've been seriously playing through...there are dozens of other games that I've just dabbled in over the past few weeks.  No school and excess money will do that to you.

I've got Motorstorm (fun) and Resistance (okay).  I like racing games, more arcadey than realistic (i.e.: Burnout > Gran Turismo).  I'm afraid the F1 game is overly realistic, and that I won't entirely enjoy it, but it sure looks good.

If you like arcadey racers you should get Ridge Racer 7.  Don't spend $60 on it though.  If you are patient you can snatch it on ebay anywhere from $20-$42.  I also highly recommend Full Auto 2.  I never played the 360 orginal, but I really really like this arcade racer.  Read the Critic's review of the 360 game to see if its something you might like.  Again buy it on ebay...you can get it much cheaper if you look for the right deal.  Right now you can "buy it now" brand new for $34.99 +S&H.

If you are into dungeon crawlers or if you like Gauntlet I really recommend getting Untold Legends Dark Kingdom.  Its such an underrated game.  If you like action rpgs, that are way more action give it a rent at the least.

Finally if you liked NBA Jam go out and get NBA StreetHomecourt.  Its easily one of my favorites on the system.  Pure arcade action, that makes you smile and laugh while playing.

Lately I've been playing Super Paper Mario, Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii) and Conker's Bad Fur Day (N64).  I'm enjoying Super Paper Mario a lot... Zelda TP is good, but I'm not enjoying it as much as previous Zelda games I've played. I'm about 40 hours into it and the dungeons are cool, but the rest of the game is a bit boring. Conker's BFD I'm not really liking at all. I suppose the "humor" is the main appeal, but I'm not impressed with the gameplay. I'm not through the game yet, so maybe that'll change, but I don't know. (I just got through that pain-in-the-butt disco level).

I'm really looking forward to Alien Syndrome, also. I've been playing the Sega Classics Collection (PS2) lately, and it's one of my favorites on there.

Also playing the GBA version of A Link to the Past, Konami Arcade Classics (DS), Contra III (virtual console), and various NES and Genesis games. I also picked up Tiger Woods 07 for the Wii the other day and am planning on playing that a lot when I get the chance.

I'm playing Super Metroid. A friend of mine recently found it at a thrift store, and since he knew I had an SNES and I've given him stuff in the past, he gave it to me. It cost him $2. XD
