has Zen joined the broken Xbox360 club?

*all 4 red lights flash on the console, but sometimes just 3

*no picture on tv screen, all black

*disc tray does work

*controller will not connect

I know that some of you, like JLH, have had to send in their consoles for repair. I'd like your advice about how you went about things, what was involved, what it all cost, etc.

If the 1 year warranty ran out you will probably have to pay $139 to get it fixed. They also give you another 1 year warranty after they fix it. Pray that your original 1 year warranty didn't run out.  Call 1 800 4 my xbox.
