Consoles - Biggest Failures (US releases)
The FM Towns Marty was never released in the US, but I would probably include it in rating the failed systems outside the US, even though the system did have a pretty good arsenal of games due to it's parent.

You don't seem to have any "classic" 80's failures on your list:
APF MP1000
Arcadia 2001
Channel F
RCA Studio 2
Microvision
Some would add the entex Adventurevision, which only had four games, but I don't think they ever planned to MAKE any more, as the system stored 4 carts at top. I didn't include Astrocade because 100's of games on tape were made by a hugely supportive underground community!

The Coleco Telstar Arcade couldn't have sold too many copies. Not one of Coleco's Pong-clones, this one was the weird 3-sided (gun, steering wheel, and paddle knobs) console that used triangular cartridges that plugged into the center/top. I've got one, and it isn't too spectacular, but the carts are funky looking.

Alien - I agree - the Adventure Vision should have definitely made the list along with probably the APF Imagination machine. The Arcadia and Channel F enjoyed moderate success, which spurred a few US revisions/releases for each console, along with multiple releases of the respective system worldwide through third party developers. The RCA Studio II was indeed a flop as well (kind of like the Worlds of Wonder Action Max system).

The Emerson Arcadia 2001 (1982)
This link here pretty much explains it all, the Arcadia was in bargain bins almost from the moment it hit the store shelves....
