In no order, I like:

1. Welcome to your doom / Rise from your grave! (Altered Beast-Genesis)
2. Prepare to qualify! (Pole Position-Arcade)
3. Another visitor!  Stay awhile!  Stay forever!! (Impossible Mission-C=64)
4. Catch special weapon to increase performance! / Shooting accuracy increases multiplier! (Road Blasters-Arcade)
5. Blast Off! [Actually, more like "Vlasht och!"] (Bosconian-Arcade)

Any fans of Smash TV?

"It's a Me Mario."  I will never ever forget the day I got my N64 with Mario 64.   What a fantastic way to start a game.  And when the strechable picture came, you knew you were getting an all time classic.

I always thought "Fail!" from Smash Bros. was so harsh it was funny.

"I'll buy that for a dollar!" Smash TV

"Black Wizard needs food badly!" (or various other Gauntlet-isms)

"Toastie!!" Mortal Kombat II (Or whatever that was when the developer guy popped up in the corner, but oh well)

Anything in the original PACMAN.

When a boxer falls down in Punchout.

The Super Mario Bros flag fanfare. (being resurected for Galaxy, after rare appearences in NSMB's!)

That piano chord you get for catching a 'negative' fish in Wii Play.

The speech samples from Space Spartans and B-17 Bomber

There was a semi-obscure game called "S.C.A.T." for the NES, a decent shooter, but it had the most amazing voice sample at the beginning:  "We must destroy them!  The earth is counting on you!  Good luck!"  Clear as day.  I was blown away when I first heard that.  Others:

-the tone when you pick up a special item in the Zelda games.
-death sound in Yar's Revenge.
-referee's voice in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!!
-Spanish zombie phrases from RE4 - scares the crap out of me.
-Two-tone Gameboy ping, and the singing "Sega!" at the beginning of the first "Sonic"

Good question.

"Yerrrr Owwwttt!"- INTV Baseball (and I don't like sports!)

Berzerk's "QUARTER DETECTED IN POCKET! HUMANOID MUST NOT ESCAPE!
CHICKEN FIGHT LIKE A ROBOT!"- first talking game I recall!

Also the surprising SQISH 'EM for Colecovision, which was not supposed to be ABLE to talk!-" OWCH!" "OHNO!" "WOOPS!"
