I always thought the developer from MK2 was saying "Whoopsie!"

I can humm the whole looping song from Kings of the Beach.

Another one.  On Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter (360), when playing co-op, the first level in which a helicopter gets shot down.  One of your soliders makes this crazy sound over the radio right before yelling 'they got saber two!'. My brother listened to it over and over again it was so hilarious.

My favorite is the Impossible Mission sample from the C64.  I still think Skate or Die 2 on the NES had some of the better ones I've heard for its time.

When Ryu performs a dragon punch in Street Fighter 2, he yells what sounds like "for all you kids!!"  To this day, I will taunt my opponents by yelling that whenever I get that move off.

In no particular order...

1. The re-spawn sound your mount makes in 'Joust'.
2. The 'Tarzan Yell' in 'Pitfall!'
3. The music they used in the film 'Flash Gordon', that was used when you were invincible in 'Vanguard'.
4. The 'EDF 2017' quote about "making it back in time for lunch" (among others.)

"Hadoken!" - Ryu, Street Fighter II

"Revved up punch!" - Axle, Streets of Rage II, or at least that's what I think he says when he does the forward-punch move.

"I'm not doing it!" - Prince Tricky, Starfox Adventures, when you throw the "fetch" ball into a pit of lava.

"Come get some!" - Duke Nukem, Duke Nukem 3D

"Cool!" Toejam, Toejam and Earl Planet Funkotron

"Groovy!" Earthworm Jim, Earthworm Jim

"YEAH! YEAH! YEAH! YEAH!" - biker guy, Road Rash

"NO! No. NO! No. NO! No." - victim scientist, House of the Dead

... I think that's enough for now. XD

The "clang clang clang" sound on the second level in Strider when the big mechanical ape pounds his chest.

"GHOSTBUSTERS!" - ZX Spectrum

I think that's what it said
