Technical Problem

Just to let you know, there's something wrong with my host server, so I currently can't FTP new reviews and updates. I have submitted trouble tickets but there's nothing I can do until they fix it.

By the way, my host is OLM (olm.com). These are the guys who lost my entire site a few months ago. Fortunately I had a personal backup. I can't believe I'm paying these guys.

I'm giving OLM hell, but still can't update my site (via FTP).
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

You better be getting at the very least a month's free service from them. If not you should just threaten to move to another server. Its really absurd that they still haven't fixed the problem. Not to mention the fact that the site was down for a while not too long ago because of them.

I say just go to another server. This server seems to be nothing but problems.

Looks like I'm back in business. Stay tuned for a flood of new reviews and a summer banner!!

By the way, changing servers is not trivial. It requires a lot of administrative work and would probably result in some downtime for the site. So that's a last resort.
