Well, not necessarily. I liked Tails' Adventure on Game Gear (I think it's the best game on that system) and that wasn't exactly a speedy game.

I do know what you're saying about Sonic being about speed, but if I have to give up speed here for the potential of bringing this series back on track (and with a good developer), I'm all for it.

BTW, Vector is the gator in shoes, Silver is the white hedgehog, Blaze is the catdevil. You don't like those guys, that's fine, but what's wrong with Tails? Well, besides "look at all those Eggman's robots" in Sonic Heroes (and his voice in Sonic Heroes).

I think Tails was made into the most annoying character ever in the 3d games, but I wouldn't put Tails into the rankings of Blaze the cat and Silver. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Robotnik are the stars of the Sonic series; I say get rid of everything else.

Everything is wrong with Sonic Heroes. That is one of the crappiest games I've ever played. I like the Tails character, though. And this will piss people off, but I like Shadow. And, I thought the game (Shadow the Hedgehog) was actually okay.

Bubsy's 3D incarnation in Bubsy 3D sucks harder than Tails ever thought he could do to Sonic.
