The only time I think it would make sense to change the order from "The Bigs," to "Bigs, The." Would be if The Bigs were a band name.
Such as if you went to look for an album by The Smashing Pumpkins. It would be fitting to file them under "S" for "Smashing Pumpkins, The" because sometimes they are not always referred to as "The Smashing Pumpkins." Sometimes people will drop "The" from the name and simply call them "Smashing Pumpkins."

I think the same goes for a game like The Legend Of Zelda. Sometimes people will just refer to it as "Legend Of Zelda," which is why many would look under "L" rather than "T" for "The". So filing it by "Legend Of Zelda, The" again would be logical.

...oh sorry, I was just reading "Rise and fall of the roman empire,THE". Ok, I am an english minor, here's the scoop. Too many books/rock bands/videogames begin with "THE"...if you listed it under "T" for THE, you would have a zillion listings under T and few under THE other letters. Same with A or AN.
The only exception is if THE name doesn't make sense by itself, a book called "The Lost" might be listed under T. I don't know baseball but a Bball game called "BIGS!" could make sense, you could drop THE the, so list it under B. Same as Zelda.
Now I'm going to go watch "Godfather,the.." CYA!

Dave, as someone who alphabetizes even his underwear I can't believe you don't intuitively already know the answer to this! Of course it would be under "B". Silly rabbit!

I still think it should be under "T." I think the title is too short to need to summarize.
By the way, I noticed that he has The Sims listed under "The." So again, adding The Bigs would only be even more logical.
Example:
Guy1: So what were you up to last night?
Guy2: Nuttin much. Just sat around playing Sims.
Guy1: Oh yeah? Which sims were you playing?
Guy2: The one on the PS2.
Guy1: Ok. Which one though? There's a bunch of them isn't there?
Guy2: There is?
Guy1: I think so.. isn't there like.. a bunch of flight sims and all that other stuff?
Guy2: Oh.. no, no.. I mean "The Sims, Sims.. !" Where you create people and things?
Guy1: Oh, you mean THE Sims? I see. My mistake.
Another example:

I think that whatever you do, you need to be consistent. If you're going to list "The Legend of Zelda" under "L", you should list "The Bigs" under "B". Conversely, if you list "The Bigs" under "T", then you should list a game like "The Legend of Zelda" under "T", also.
As I've stated, I believe you should list "The Bigs" under "B", "The Legend of Zelda" under "L", and so on. If I was coming to this site to look for a review of "The Bigs", I would first look under "B".

And "The" Sims under "S"? That's not what I'd intuitively do at all in those cases.
It also isn't a blind, dead set rule of cateloguing that "The" has to be dropped. Article indexes drop articles in the title of a book, but articles within a book retain the articles for alphabetizing. Also, I believe things like "The Bill of Rights" usually have the article as the first word in the title.
Here's a listing in my old Universities library catelogue.

I see what you mean, but i still think that "Bigs" does not and cannot work by itself, and that the use of "The" in front of it is a bit more crucial than the examples you listed.

I absolutely agree with you 100%. It doesn't really matter. It's just that when I look for a review of a title that starts with "The", I look in the letter that begins the first word after "The". So, actually, yes, I probably would look for "The Sims" under "S".
Really, my point was that I think the critic should be consistent. It seems it would be easier to find reviews that way. If Dave wants to put all the titles that begin with "The" in the "T" section, it really wouldn't bother me because they would at least be easy to find.
