Who really cares about Arcade games now... They are all just cheap rip-offs of peoples money. Why do you want to spend your money on some cheap bs that will last you approximately a day... Go get a copy of Counterstrike... Better yet get the free d-load of the net and have endless fun. There will always be new patches & features. Get real...

Steerforth...I understand how you feel but you missed my point. I did not say Arcade games should not be translated to home games, in fact I ENCOURAGE that! I would LOVE to play the JP and Aliens games on my PS2 (with a gun)!...I'm just saying .. going to an arcade is like going to a carnival or county fair- and I don't have a county fair nearby either (though I do live in the hometown of the MAINE LOBSTER FESTIVAL!) ... sure the games are rip offs, they always have been! I recall dumping quarter after quarter to continue in GAUNTLET! Now i have that game on PSX on the Atari Hits 2 DISC, ... know what? It's no fun! Because I can CONTIUE FOREVER without penalty! No quarters dropping in means it is BORRRING! You never have to lose! So you see, coin-ops do serve a purpose. (it's also a great way to try out a new idea, making just one program for a ready-made cabinet on one ROM chip versus manufacturing a thousand home copes!)
