Anyone read coverage of the game?  I heard the DS edition has a pretty damn interesting concept for mission-based competitive online play.

Also, the movie was freaking incredible.  I wish I had seen it with an all-geek audience so people would have cheered at classic lines.  Why must well-thought-out advertisements cloaked as entertainment work so well?  (Commercials in disguise!)  I think I'll be buying a new Chevy Camaro this year

If you picked them out they couldn't have been TOO well cloaked ;-)  Having never watched the original cartoon I can't say that I have any interest in the movie but it does seem to be getting a lot of good press so maybe I'll watch it when it comes out on DVD.

I've heard pretty much negative things about all the console versions. I haven't heard anything about the DS one though... didn't even realize it had online play... maybe I should check that out.

However I did see the movie.... Commercials in Disguise indeed.... that movie didn't want me to drink Mountain Dew as much as go out and destroy one in fear of it becoming a robot. Aside from that and about 2 hours of boring filler and whenever a human wasn't on screen the movie was all right.

God willing they'll make a sequel 'Transformers 2: Michael Bay Strikes Again'

I thought the movie was freaking incredible. The acting was terrific, the visuals and action are the best I've ever seen, the plot was cool, it was perfect. Now I need to see The Simpsons Movie, I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and Superbad for my summer to be complete.

I enjoyed the movie as well. And yes, I'd also love to buy a new Camaro now.

I think I was sitting with an all-geek audience at the movie... People where cheering/laughing histerically... My dad was quite creeped out.

I really enjoyed the movie also. Here's hoping that part 2 will have Dinobots and Constructicons. Has anyone tryed the game yet. Is it any good. To me it looked like a weak version of Mech Assault.
