Gosh, jee wiiz, golly gee, guess I'm going to Heck!
The comment "THEN I'LL SEE YOU IN HELL!" Was blurted out by Han Solo in The Empire Strikes Back as he is told he will die if he goes looking for the lost Luke on Hoth.
A fan wondered about that comment, since STAR WARS takes place in another Galaxy but the reply was the concept of Heaven and Hell turns up in most religions, a "higher plane" or lower one, or you'll be reincarnated as a God or a Dung Bettle, whatever.
Someday I would LOVE to see a book, movie, show, comic, ANYTHING that combines the TREK and WARS universes! A temporal anomaly causes the Falcon to enter Federation Space.. now THERE is the perfect plot for the next Star Trek movie!

Hell no! Funk I have to agree with you on this one. Star Wars is a GOD compared to Star Trek being a lowly peasant...
Wow, that's a lot of numbers, here's another: 1. It's the number of years before your computer will need an expensive upgrade to play a game you want. Here's another: 2. It's the number of years before your computer can't play anything at all besides puzzle games. And finally: 3. Approximately the number of worthwhile games that'll come out for the PC over the next year.
Well said, sir!
Also: Is it painful to be agonistic? That's a belief in agony, right? I once knew an agnostic, who wasn't sure who God was but was pretty sure there was one.
I tend to side with that guy. I'm pretty sure all our prayers ring the same phone.

"Star Wars is a GOD compared to the lowly peasant Star Trek"
RRRRRRR! HULK SMASH PUNY HUMANS! I LOVE Trek, and I LOVE Star Wars but they are totally different...one is a TV show(which was by far the FIRST, airing way back in the year I was born, 1966) with mutiple ships/stations on various missions, NORMALY peaceful ones. Wars is just that, the WAR between the Jedi and Sith. Actually, while Trek is pure sci-Fi, I find Wars to be more FANTASY, more like Lord Of The Rings than Trek or B:Galactica. I have high hope the next trek film will NOT stink and destroy the series like the ham and cheese NEMESIS did..let us pray!..
Oh, and I'm an agnostic too. There is A higher power.
Um....shall we ask IT about PCs?

Star Trek 2, greater and more entertaining than any Star Wars movie, just on Ricardo's performance alone. Plus they had the brains to borrow themes from 2 of my favorite novels, Moby Dick and Tale of Two Cities.
Star Trek 3, awful movie, but so are the prequels.
Write a screenplay Alien!
BTW, what do you think of the (rumoured?) cast of the new Trek movie? Matt Damon as Cpt Kirk? He's not near arrogant enough, he's a pretty boy. Part of the fun of Trek was Kirk being a jerk, the tension between him and Mr. Scott made the show GO. Your only hope is that the ''Lost' guy is producing this movie.

Nemesis was horrible. The worst film in either franchise. I like all the Star Wars films, but by far I liked Attack of the Clones the least. No Star Wars film would win a writing contest, but this is just sad. "I'll kill them... I'll kill them all". LOL!

Wha!?!?! MATT DAMON!?!?!
Of course, there is a total lack of actual "manly" actors nowadays. Most of what passes for male actors are really skim milk latte drinking pansies. Where is our Sly Stallone? Our Harrison Ford?

How about Viggo Mortensen or Ralph Fiennes?
A starship commander should have some gravity to his appearance, a distinguished kind of manliness. Matt Damon isn't right at all.
