Any good space simulation videogames either apollo or shuttle games available? Played space shuttle project on the nes. Very impressive game. Puzzles to complete various real tasks of launching and landing a shuttle. Is the sequel at heart to space shuttle on the vcs but they play very differently. Include PC games.

If you're serious about a space sim, then you should check out Orbiter:

This old thread is fun.
I ordered a copy of Space Shuttle Project on the NES to try. I had never heard of it before, so I'll keep my expectations in low earth orbit.
The orbiter one MappyMouse wrote about now has Apollo missions, which sounds awesome, but honestly looks like it would be a new hobby to learn. Can't I just be the Kevin Bacon character and go along for the ride? Anyone tried Lunar Flight by Shovsoft, which is an updated version of Lunar Lander with lots of spit and shiny - is about $10 on Steam. Or Kerbal Space Program, which kinda sounds like "SimNASA".
Simulations...making play seem like work since 1979 (Flight Simulator on the TRS-80 and Apple II)
