Just finished Jedi Fallen Order on PS4. Really liked it. Like the critic, I dialed back the difficulty to story mode and enjoyed it much more after that.

Decided to go more retro for my next game and started playing Golden Axe Warrior on the Master System (repro). Never had this as a kid, so it's fun to play it from scratch not knowing too much about it.

I bought a homebrew Dreamcast port of one of my favorite arcade games, Dolphin Blue on eBay and I played through it on stream tonight. It's a crime this game was never ported to a home console but I'm thankful to have this unofficial version. If you're unfamiliar with it, it's basically a Metal Slug game except you play as a guy riding on top of a dolphin. Insanely hard quarter muncher but luckily this port has infinite continues so I was able to work my way through it.

I just completed Crash Bandicoot 2 for the... 3rd time ever? This time on stream. Still my favorite Crash game after all these years.

I just finished the new Dungeons and Dragons Dark Alliance on Ps4. While I wish there was a lot more they would have done with it , I still had a lot of fun with it.

Man this is the thread that just won't die. Massive respect to PB Troy, wherever he may be, for contributing such an enduring part of VGC history.

Finished Superman (Arcade) by Taito 1987. This game was mediocre in the arcade but it's colorful main character made it fun for a few quarters. On MAME the fun quickly fades as you find out most enemies are color swaps. The level backgrounds are colorful and are more entertaining then the enemies. I never quite figured out who the main baddy was as it all seemed like a generic alien menace of some sort. Even with cheats on this game is average at best in all regards. It does support co-op though which is its saving grace. C
