I'm actually shocked you didn't mention the issue you had with the loud disk of Capcom Digital Collection. Did you get a new copy of it?

So Katana shin isn't as good as Deathsmiles? that's a shame, I feel like Deathsmiles set the bar so high that now it's hard to go back to other SHMUPS

great reviews critic

I just wish the Capcom collection came with megaman 9 and 10

And Bionic Commando Rearmed...

All their big hitters on XBLA are pretty much absent here (Beyond perhaps SSFII Turbo HD) with just the underperformers gathered on this disc.

Hope they give us the chance to get hard copies of these things eventually.

Critic would it be possible to put a link to Amazon.co.uk on your modern reviews?  I would like to buy that capcom collection but also I would like to support your site... as I have been a reader for a number of years..

Okay here are my thoughts on your review which is good.  Street fighter leaves me cold so no point in me trying to say anything good about it.  Yeah right on the money with super puzzle fighter, yawn.  Though it is the HD remix but I cannot see it.  Flock is a good two player game but when I looked online they still want £10 for it and the disc cost me £8. It would be a good game if they gave it away free.
Next up yeah Commando three is not very interesting.  I think it is more like Mercs 3.  The worst game of the collection has to be the rocket man game.  It thinks it is really funny.  I plays like a bad version of Flash Gordon.  Flash gorgon more like as you will be turned to boredom by the game play.  It is Commando 3 set in space.  Plus the unfunny cut scenes can only be skipped one frame at time.  Awful the worst game on the disc.  Did not play Bionic commando yet.
Though for me the star of the show is the truly wonderful 1942 remake.  It is a lot of fun.  C plus for me.
