2015/5/5: Commodore 64: Agent USA
I remember being fascinated with this game for my Atari computer in the mid-80's.

So I was a bit unsure but is the C64 critic still writing reviews for the Commodore 64 or did you finally get one? I remember that the RPG Critic's name use to be on the top of his reviews but I didn't see that for this one.

It's still the C64 critic writing those.

Nice review! My brothers and I used to really enjoy this game. I remember even watching my agent after turning into a fuzzbody. It was interesting to see which cities he would travel to randomly. Or maybe it was that there was some way he could be turned back again? ...I don't remember. I guess I had a lot more time on my hands then!

You are correct Luckyman! That was one of the neat things about the game that I couldn't work into the review, but when you yourself get turned into a Fuzzbody the game actually just continues playing without your input, and you can watch your guy wander around aimlessly - essentially, the game is over. HOWEVER, if your guy happens run into a crystal at random that you or another citizen may have dropped onto the ground, you will regain control of him and you can continue the game. Very unusual feature I don't think I've seen any other game emulate!

Yes, that was it. I knew there was some reason why we would just watch our little agent wander around. I don't think mine ever accidentally turned back again, but there was always the possibility that it might happen.
