Wow! Someone else has played this game aside from me. I guess you thought of it about the same way I did. Pretty good game, but only if you feel like forking out the cash for it on ebay.

I'm not going to admit to "liking" the movie, but it's not nearly as bad as people think it is.

Yeah, you can count me in the "I like Waterworld" fraternity. It was one of those movies that, when it was shown on TNT, I always kinda enjoyed watching while doing other stuff.

I don't think too many people hated Waterworld; the big thing about it was how they spent so much money making it and then it bombed in the box office. I think it is considered a decent movie by most who saw it.. I'd chime in with my opinion on it, but I saw it when I was 7 so I can't really remember it.

definitely better than The Postman.
Did they make a game out of THAT?

How much did you pay for your VB 'Waterworld' Dave? I paid approx. $75 for a boxed copy w/manual about three years ago and have played it a grand total of three times. I've played 'T&E Golf' more than I've played 'Waterworld,' and 'Golf' only has an 18-hole course (LOL)! They were three fun gaming sessions but I can't get over the fact that the game just never ends, there are no stages or goals to achieve (other than racking-up the score) and the shooting gets repetitive early and doesn't really change. Your review is a little on the generous side (not surprisingly since you actually like that dreck of a movie) but it's about right.
