The thing about PDWT is that though, yes, it's an objectively terrible game (really a visual novel), my wife and I got a ton of amusement from playing it. And hey, it's pretty forgiving -- you never have to restart from scratch, IIRC, so you can pretty much play the whole thing in one sitting.
I have fonder memories of PDWT than half the other games I've beaten!

The actress who played Jane pretty much admitted that this "thing" was terrible and she only agreed to do it for the money.

Isn't the whole game available via youtube or something? It really doesn't have any actual gameplay other than clicking here or there so I could see someone moving the game online.

I want to know too. Are you just going to resell it or keep it?

Hopefully he saved himself the headache (and the cash) and just burned the game to CD-ROM. It's quite easy for 3DO games.

Here's a link to the "Youtube version."

Unfortunately, some of the "choices" violate Youtube's terms of service ... or something.
That apartment on the home page looks nice.

There are a couple amusing quips from the narrator (or whatever you want to call the voiceover on the decision screens) that aren't in the YouTube version of PDWT, because they're only triggered after you choose an option, fail, and then choose a different one. But all the important stuff is there.
