You might be interested in World of Outlaws: Sprint Cars 2002 for the Playstation 2.
It's by a now defunct studio in Australia by the name of Ratbag Games, which was considered by many racing game fans as the king of dirt track racing.

I've played TFU. Didn't get very far (spectacle fighters take much tighter reflexes than I have, haha), but it seemed like a somewhat decent game. What bugged me the most was the way everyone walked during the cutscenes. Like, is having a pole up your butt part of the Empire's dress code or something?

I really like TFU. I though it was a solid B+ game. Minor nags like targeting things made it tedious at times, but it was fund to destroy everything in site. With that said, I dont think there is much replay value to this game. Its the type of thing you play a little bit of every few years.
TFU2, on the other hand, was a huge pile of trash. Talk about a cash-in rush job. Yikes! That game was almost unplayable. I barely made it through it before I had it up on eBay.

Isn't the protagonist a Sith in training, not a Jedi in training? I read the novelization of the game (tip: don't bother) and I remember being a secret apprentice of Darth Vader. Its a fun review of a well hyped game at the time, but I liked the Kyle Katarn games too much.
According to Wikipedia, there is an N Gage version of the game. Well, since the Disney purge, this and Kyle Katarn are just noncanon gossip, but they were fun with lightsabers...but ylu know what they say about lightsabers, its all fun and games until someone loses an arm.
