Chiller on the NES exists both as a standalone and on the Maxi 15 cart. It's pretty boring.
Best Halloween games (quick and dirty, no particular order):
1. Super Ghouls N Ghosts - SNES
2. Zombies Ate My Neighbors - SNES
3. Resident Evil - GC
4. Resident Evil 2 - PS1
5. Silent Hill - PS1
6. Silent Hill 2 - PS2/XBox
7. Fatal Frame - XBox
8. Kagero: Deception II - PS1
9. Eternal Darkness - GC
10. The Last of Us - PS3

Beyond the Forbidden Forest on the C64 has some of the creepiest, Halloweeniest atmosphere ever. The graphics are cruddy even for the system, but they're cruddy in a way that actually makes them more unsettling than "better" graphics would be.
Here's a playthrough.
And here's a video of all the best parts (but with terrible, tinny sound; watch or skim the playthrough first).

A good game I like to play around this time of year is Ghost Master for the PC. Just found out there is a PS2 version
Ghost Master: The Gravenville Chronicles. Don`t know how good that one is.

Since I'm into playing Game Boy Advance lately, I was wondering if there are any Halloween style games for it, or any Nintendo handheld for that matter. Other than kid Dracula for game boy, I can't think of a lot. I think in new super Mario bros for ds, one of the later worlds is Halloween themed.

Wendy: Every Witch Way on the Color is supposed to be pretty good. It's by the people who made Shantae.

Nightmare before Christmas is a fun little platformer.

Having fun playing Bram Stokers Dracula on the Genesis. Lots of Halloween elements, like rather frightening 16 bit giant spiders that both crawl and descend on you unawares.

I second Ghost Master for the PC. Stumbled across that gem a decade or so ago. I wonder how the gameplay translates to the PS2.

Scotland if you enjoyed Bram Stoker's Dracula on the Genesis, which I didn't care for, You will be blown away by the Sega CD version. I don't have many Sega CD games but that one is in my collection.
