Sure enough, with all the rain in Chicago last week, we had water in our basement. But my games and systems were all upstairs, so I lost nothing.

I keep some games and systems in the basement, but there are high off the floor for this reason.

I recommend 3 INTV games:

1. Dracula
2. Thunder Castle
3. Fenton’s Attic

When it comes to thunderstorms, I like to go with games that could fit with the atmosphere and ambiance. For instance, I always play Animal Crossing when it's stormy outside and I actually have the chance. Another good pick is old-school horror related video games like Castlevania 1-3 on NES and Haunted House on Atari 2600. Splatterhouse 1 comes to mind too. Basically when I think of thunderstorms, I tend to think of the really old school stuff like those. But that's just my preference

Downhill domination on the PlayStation 2 has a lot of storms in it.
