Here are some fun new Sega CD reviews for your enjoyment.
This system is becoming my go-to because the games are so weird!

Niiiiice. (On both counts.) I'm glad you enjoyed Ultraverse Prime! Haven't played Who Shot Johnny Rock yet myself but your description makes it sound like it's everything I feared it was.

Based on magazine ads at the time, Ultraverse Prime was supposed to be released on its own, but I guess they changed their minds when it was time to release it and combined it with Microcosm instead. I've never played it, but it looks interesting. The Sega CD doesn't have many games like that, so maybe I'll buy it someday. Thanks for reviewing it.

And thanks for reviewing "Who Shot Johnny Rock?" too. I own the game, but I've never tried it. I think about it every once in awhile when I'm in the mood for an FMV game, because the title really catches my attention... But I'm glad to hear I haven't miss out on anything.
