Release date :- 25th February 2016

At first glance it's tempting to catergorise Superhot as a typical FPS with a minimalistic art style. But judging this title solely from screenshots would be doing it a disservice.
The game's superb and unique mechanic centres on the player's ability to control the speed at which time passes. The clock always ticks by but does so incredibly slowly. It's only when you move your character that time speeds up.
This gives the game a puzzle like quality that requires a strategic approach to every encounter.
You can see and avoid the trajectories of bullets and destroy Katana wielding foes with your bare fists, but you are certainly not invincible. Facing 5-10 opponents at once must be approached with caution or you'll catch a stray bullet and need to restart.
Once you've successfully beaten a level you can watch the action back in real time and doing so is like watching a scene from the Matrix.

There is a story of sorts that is open to interpretation. Our protagonist receives a cracked copy of Superhot and quickly becomes addicted to the game. The system (our A.I antagonist) constantly discourages playthroughs in ways that often break the fourth wall to creepy effect.
To elaborate more would ruin the story for first time players, but essentially the storyline serves as mere set dressing to enhance and give context to the gameplay.

On completion of the game an endless mode is made available. Similar to Horde modes in other titles this additional element adds replay value to an already unique and exciting title.

If you enjoy FPS's but are tired of the cookie cutter shooters churned out every year then you wont go far wrong with Superhot's innovative approach!

Graphics :- 70%

That actually sounds pretty fun in a Max Payne sort of way.
