The lost Pengo sequel that no one knows about as it was not called Pengo on Dreamcast

I have found a rather interesting game that might be interesting for Pengo fans as apparently, the Sega Dreamcast got a Pengo game, but not under it original name, but instead a Hello Kitty themed game called Hello Kitty no Magical Block: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q2YuEh5GVF4 at first it looks like lame shovelware, and normally I would not bring up games like this, but discovered it recently and it a unusual find. And as a Sega fan, I am intrigued into buying it as a Pengo game as this is the closest to a Dreamcast Pengo instalment. Should I bite the bullet on eBay/Amazon or should critic review it as not a lot of info for the game exist online for obvious reasons?

Nice find! And what I like it's not insanely too fast like the arcade Pengo it's more like the speed of the Atari 5200 version which is excellent

Should I bite the bullet and give it a try as it is an interesting game as a Pengo title?
