Good reviews, and you will hate this garbage for the later!: https://www.gamesradar.com/crash-team-r ... date/maybe a micro-transaction/loot box icons could come to good use, LOL!

Two games that should have stayed dead. I saw these come out on various console and was not interested in the slightest. I had a couple of Crash BC games on the ps1 and they were fun but they should have not been brought out again.

Oh the new EDF on pc is fantastic. I hear it is out on ps4.

Update: Corrections worth mentioning, the Switch version of N-Sane Trilogy was 2018, not 2017 like the original PS4 version and 2019 is wrong in the other review mentioning it but Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is 2019, also the level Stormy Ascent is a cut level that is DLC on the original PS4 version that was cut from PS1 Crash because it was too hard. Also the controls are slightly more responsive on the other systems due to extra input lag in the port.: https://youtu.be/bCteF4zvd2c and it may be easier to see in distance also on their versions as the resolution is higher. The load times and difficulty balances for may have been adjusted with the bad addition of micro-transaction (joy!) via patches.

I'm surprised at the Crash Team Racing review. The Critic has the original on his top 50 console games list. The graphics look really nice, and it seems like the difficulty is about what I remember about the original game. Is it due to the laggy controls? Is the PS4 version any better?

I think the review speaks for itself.

True, but imagine him reviewing it after microtransactions got added, he will hate it even more given he hate microtransactions.

I agree, I just wonder if it's more an issue with the Switch port or if all version suck.

The micro transactions do put it over the top though. Hard pass! I own all of the original Crash games, so no big loss for me.

A combination of critics review and and adding Microtransactions made Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled a pass.
