Gun-Nac! YES!!
I remember seeing that game featured prominently on Nickelodeon Arcade back in the day. Man, did that show do a good job of advertising games to me that I otherwise never would have known existed. Last Resort! Chuck Rock! ActRaiser! Kabuki Quantum Fighter! Such good memories...
It took me about a decade later, but I eventually picked up a copy of Gun-Nac from the local FuncoLand for $12.99, during my junior or senior year of high school. Compete in the box, too. To paraphrase your review, Critic, I thought the game was good, but not $12.99 good.
I bought and sold stacks of NES games like crazy during the mid to late 90s, back before eBay was a thing and the value of the games were next to nothing. I'm sure we all have stories like this. But yeah, I bought the game for thirteen bucks and probably sold it back for about five bucks in store credit a few months later, not giving it a second thought. A fun, quirky game, and one that I'm glad I got to play back in the day.
Still, I think I had more fun watching the contestants on Nick Arcade play the game than I had playing it, myself.

Gentlegamer,
I like where your head is at. Maybe ZetaX will gin one up.

I further suggest the icon be a Playboy bunny so it can do double duty.

The bunny icon has been ACQUIRED, but not yet deployed.
I'd like to hear your suggestions about which games are truly deserving of it!

The easy answer - any game with Rabbids. Also, any games starring Bugs Bunny or Buster Bunny.
A lot of the old LucasArts games feature cameos by Sam & Max, including Monkey Island. Some of the old Star Wars games feature Max's big ol' head, too. Do any of the Sam & Max games currently have reviews?
There's the yellow rabbit that hops around in the basement of the castle of Super Mario 64. Gives you not one but two stars if you catch it at various points in time.
Feel the Magic on the DS, as well as its sequel, The Rub Rabbits, come to mind, too. Heh... The Rub Rabbits...
There's also those rabbit enemies in Wood Man's stage in Mega Man 2. Darn those carrot missiles!

Good news – Wikipedia apparently considers this information "notable".
Edit: For some reason, Jumping Flash is not on that list. No, I will not be adding it.
