Like most people I first heard of this obscure Japanese import via an episode of the Angry Video Game Nerd.
Although he tried hard to make fun of it, I couldn't help but think it looked awesome!
I recently got a copy and have been playing on my modded PS1. It's actually a lot of fun with fast arcade action, tight controls, and eye candy galore. You're running through the streets and people's houses grabbing Pepsi icons. There are a lot of strange things about this game but that's what adds to its charm.
Full review forthcoming.

Hadn't heard of it at all, but just watched a video and the oddity of it is right up my alley. I'll be looking forward to the review.

Seen this reviewed a couple of places to similar glowing praise.
I can see the game has tons of personality and looks great - but the gameplay always looked a little shallow/repetitive. Does watching do it no justice?
Also, if you wanna do your own Video Game Cola Wars™ there was another obscure Japanese exclusive released on GameGear called Coca-Cola Kid.

It was even released with an exclusive Red Coca Cola themed Game Gear!
