Nintendo takes away more of our freedom

This was not meant to be insulting in any way; I was just pointing out that after hundreds of hours of online discussions, Americans generally tend to have tunnel vision about alternative economic models and what 'communism' and 'socialism' are. I simply see this argument over and over again from Americans and only from Americans, almost like it's a programmed response. That's why I said I'm 100% certain of you being from the USA. Again, not an insult, just an observation.

Because such models usually involve a degree of group think, and attacking the individualism that has traditionally made America better than other countries.

A degree of group think will NOT kill individualism, this Every-Man-For-Himself-And-Eat-The-Little-Guy approach is the reason we are in such an economic disaster and exactly why this kind of stuff like seen on the 3DS happens.

Everything is moderation is key,and frankly that's exactly what won't happen with arguments like the counters to Viper82

And ya' know what I'm American,so there

Group think by definition destroys individuality, and as for our current economic situation, it was partially created by ill advised government intervention that was intended to benefit the so-called little guy.
