C64 mini console

Postby CaptainCruch » November 5th, 2017, 4:39 am

I wondered how the VGC and especially the C64 Critic feel about the new C64 mini console and its collection of games? Is it worth its money, do you think?

I saw this and was like how about a few more games like Raid over Moscow, beach head, Star Strike 3d and all the first star software release plus Bruce lee.
Though it is relatively cheap and says it will work as an actual C64 which does sound intriguing.

I wonder if there will be one for the Dragon 32 or The Atari 800/800xl

Most (all ?) of the C64’s best games were published by third parties making licensing a bit of an issue.
That being said there are some bona-fide classics on here (Skool Daze !) so looks an interesting purchase.

Wish they could get Great Giana Sisters and Katakis on there though.

Those rainbow arts games fell foul of Ninny. They have been remade and are available on the bone but I found it mega hard.
