For whatever reason I can NOT get the head set to work. It's like the controller doesn't read it's in there at all. It worked for a while, but then it snapped and I had to replace it (I'm buying the nice cushy motorolla one). Any suggestions 360 owners (critic, shown, monkey)?

If you're using a wireless controller, the headset can cut-out when the battery gets low. Whenever mine doesn't work, I just unplug then replug it in--but I'm sure you tried that. Also make sure that in your profile preferences that voices are played through the headset.

Hmm I'm sorry to hear that. I haven't had any problems with mine. The shop should replace it though if it was defective. Hope you have better luck with your new one.

It turned out to be the controller, the port was just screwy because when I tested it on my other controller it worked fine. I'm just returning it, thanks for the advice though. And blue what's your gamer tag?

I have gears (obviously), table tennis, GRAW, quake 4, full auto but I really never play the ladder two. Mine is Doctor Who 3K by the way.
