For some reason I always confused this with the Dreamcast game, but this is totally different. And it's good!
It can't match up with CTR (it only has 2P split-screen) but I think this does a really good job of conveying the atmosphere of the cartoons. If you like cartoon and/or kart racing, don't hesitate to give this on a try.

Kart racing is probably my favorite genre of gaming, so I try to play most of the big name ones. This one is very good. It does convey the atmosphere of the cartoons. That music can start to get on my nerves after a while when I'm trying to race.
I mainly play this game casually in time trials and single races when I want something different to play, but I have been doing championship mode lately. This can get repetitive because if you don't finish in the top 3 in a race, you have to retry. I'm currently trying to get through the "stinker" cup, but came in 4th place three times in a row.
