Songs that defined your childhood?

Postby astrodomekid » May 17th, 2019, 10:40 pm

I remember being in the music store in 1991 the day Nevermind came out with my brother. The store was playing Teen Spirit. He got Nevermind

Gary Numan's "Cars" and Matthew Wilder's "Break My Stride" were always up there with songs I heard a lot when I was younger (around 10). Breakfast in America (the entire album) also echoed around my house a lot in the earlier years (between 6-10). Later on, in my mid teens, I listened to a lot of Cinderella and Skid Row. In my late teens-early 20's, I ditched rock because it went to crap in the 90's. So I switched over to new jack swing, and heard a TON of En Vogue. Loved that stuff!
